This blew people's minds on Instagram

A few days ago, I posted some videos of how I process tomatoes for longterm storage* in my Instagram stories, and then my direct message inbox blew up with people asking about THIS:

"What is this?"

"I need this!"

"Tomato wizardry?!"

This is an OXO food mill. It turns my tomatoes into a puree and removes the skins and seeds at the same time. Pretty cool, right?

(It's also great for mashing potatoes.)

Anyhoo.... Thought you might like to know about this cool tool in case you missed the original post.

Ta-ta for now!

Callie

*I cover this canning process extensively in my class Canning & Pickling 101.

(Here's a pic from my garden this morning. North Texas gardens always look their best right before the nuclear heat arrives and right before the first winter freeze. Go figure!)
